Faith, great pictures of some nice looking pets, but you had better watch out for those fish cause I like to catch them and those look like a nice eating size....LOL. Just kidding, I'll keep going to one of my favorite fishing holes and stay out of your fish tank,LOL.

That is my personal favorite in my home tank. These fish do not have common names so hang on to your hat. That fish is a Lamprologus Cylindricus
There are two Rift Lakes in Africa they come from the north lake.
Lake Tanganyika is a large lake in central Africa (3° 20' to 8° 48' South and from 29° 5' to 31° 15' East). It is estimated to be the second largest freshwater lake in the world by volume, and the second deepest, after Lake Baikal in Siberia.[2] The lake is divided between four countries – Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Tanzania and Zambia, with the DRC (45%) and Tanzania (41%) possessing the majority of the lake. The water flows into the Congo River system and ultimately into the Atlantic Ocean.

This is Kiwi, a Parrotlet I had. She used to sit on my shoulder and eat breakfast with me every morning. She has passed on......

I really loved her, but I DO NOT recommend this species as a pet. They make up for their size in aggressiveness and are in large groups in the wild. They rarely live out their life span in a home due to "accidents" because they are so small and curious. I shudder when I see people in the pet store looking at these for their kids. Get a parakeet, cockatiel, or a larger bird such as the Quaker. Actually birds need ALOT of care and are messy too. Get a cat, LOL

Gina, Did your bird like to throw things from it's cage, such as food ?

Mined loved me unless Bill was around. She was attached to him and would prune his beard (they pick ONE person, and it doesn't need be the one that feeds them I learned). If I came close to them two together, she would attack my neck. If you could only see us trying to get her in the cage, I wish I had a video, LOL, that bird was smarter than we !

She was a pretty good bird about the mess. I had a huge perch thing that she sat on all day. She was crazy for pinecones. It was the weirdest thing. Where would an amazon type bird find a love for pinecones? But, I would bring them from the mountains for her (lived in AZ at the time) and her pupils would dilate and she would tear those things apart. I had a peacock out here that I raised from day 1, so when Geoff got here that crazy bird would fly right at his face. And Geoff's mom's bird attacks him, too. Geoff's a pretty big guy, 6'4" but you should see him around the little birdies. I can hardly type it makes me laugh so hard. LOL I'm so mean.

All animals except little birds love him.
I would've loved to see the video of you trying to put fiesty to bed at night. hee hee

Yup.....birds like to tear things up. I would get those boxes with food she had to shred to get to it, loved them. She also did a great job at shredding the lampshade over our dining table.

the bird on the other hand looks like he would love to latch on to your nose just because he can. I was a bird breeder for years and that little guy on your shoulder can bite like a hawk. Great pic Faith.

When my cat had kittens.....once they were big enough, I called them to my room and they all slept with me. I was single then and snug as a bug in a rug
I would have kept them all if I could. Some got really good homes.....rest is unknown

I want to see kitty pics, too! It is my pleasure to keep praying for Larry and for God's greater good that He will bring out of all this. He has promised that ALL things work towards good to them that love God and are called according to His purpose. It must be a very GREAT good and He must have a lot of faith in you, Sarah, and in Larry that you will blaze through these trials and be an example in His Name as Christians.
