Alrighty then!

We have a couple of specialized threads going on losing weight and eating healthy, and one on making good meals/dishes.

This is the one for pure indulgence, clogged arteries, raised heart rate, diabetic shock right around the corner.

Peanut butter in vanilla icecream is too easy!

One of our simple favorites is this: cinnamon toast (lots of butter to soak up the cinnamon/sugar mix), covered with cheese, thrown in the toaster oven until cheese is melted. An American Danish.

Who's next?

My favorite indulgence is HOT WINGS

Just roast them in the oven till crispy on the outside
(I do 350 degrees for about 30 minutes then turn
the heat up to 450 for 5 or so to crisp)

Buy TIGER SAUCE, best hot wing sauce ever.

Saute the sauce with a little butter (add tabasco sauce if you
like them real hot) Stir as it thickens to about a syrup.

Toss chicken wings in the thickened sauce~ coat
and serve with Chunky blue cheese dressing
a side of celery to cool your tongue.

Aahh man. That sounds good you guys.

I recently dicovered I make the best cake....home made banana cake with homemade cream cheese frosting....

Bad. Very bad.

When I had a sandwich maker I put butter on both sides of bread and sprinkled with cinnamon/sugar and then applesauce and a slice of cheese on the inside. Yum !

I know! I love the stuff. In the winter
hot chicken broth with Tiger Sauce is
so good. hot wing broth.
Never tried it on pizza yet. tongue.gif

sounds so good, banana cake with cream cheese,
what's your recipe?

RoseThistle
Oh, Bonnie, pleeeeeaaaassseee share that one. That sounds awesome. whappydance.gif 1975.gif

lol Jonathan! I love this thread.

Peanut butter or almond butter or sunflower butter and vanilla or mint ice cream with dark chocolate sauce. Mmmmmmm.

I have to try that cinnamon apple cheese toast, too, sometime.

I haven't tried Tiger Sauce. I'll have to check that out. I have a love/hate relationship with Sriracha sauce and when I can't take the sriracha anymore, Frank's in the fridge. (Frank's Red Hot Sauce)

Bananas Foster was always a fave of mine when we went out. And one time I made a pineapple upside down cake which was pretty good, weird, but good.

I'm interested to hear more delicious recipes to try out. smile.gif
