Does anyone besides me love those little baby carrots raw or cooked. I love to use them in pot roast and absolutely love them raw with dressing and raw with sandwiches or spagetti. I also love to eat them raw with sour cream and onion chips. I just LOVE baby carrots. As a kid I thought I hated carrots until my husband got me eating those baby carrots.
